The establishment is distributed over 3 sites, roughly ½ mile apart from each other: Restaurant, self-catering apartments and dairy factory. Food is served in the restaurant, whereas accommodation is provided at the other two locations. The restaurant is housed in a building who has recently been refurbished to the highest standards in order to provide superior service and ambience. Adjacent to the restaurant is a spring water pond, pictures of which can be found in the photographic gallery. One of the self-catering apartments was obtained from the refurbishment of an old cow-barn and extends over two floors, in the section of the building which used to known as “Porta morta” (i.e. the colonnade stretching across two barns). The other apartment is found in the same complex as the dairy factory, in proximity of the new cow-barn.
